1. Introduction & Eligibility

• The name, address, and ID details provided at registration must be accurate.
• Online betting must be legal in the country from which you are playing.
• OKTK BDT may request your identity documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

Account Security:

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Report any unauthorized access to your account to OKTK BDT immediately. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

OKTK BDT supports popular Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions are processed through secure encryption.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

OKTK BDT offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Wagering Requirement:

• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Typically, a wagering requirement of 20x–35x the bonus amount applies (as specified on each offer's page).
• Bets placed on certain games may not count toward fulfilling the wagering requirement.
• If the conditions are not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse:

OKTK BDT reserves the right to close accounts and void all winnings if any attempt is made to exploit the bonus system or claim bonuses from multiple accounts.

5. Betting Rules

The OKTK BDT Sports Betting section lets you bet on cricket, football, tennis, and more. Please read the rules below carefully before placing any bets.

• Bets placed before an event begins are called "pre-match bets," while bets placed during the event are called "live bets."
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• OKTK BDT reserves the right to void bets if match-fixing or any other form of unfair advantage is suspected.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, OKTK BDT reserves the right to recalculate or void the affected bets at the correct odds.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 100, and the maximum amount is set separately for each event.

6. Live Casino & Game Rules

The OKTK BDT Live Casino features baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and many more games with real dealers. Each game's specific rules are displayed when the game loads.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by a third party.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game state is saved on the server and will resume from where it left off once you reconnect.

• OKTK BDT reserves the right to temporarily suspend a game if a software error is detected.

7. Responsible Gaming Policy

9. Account Suspension & Closure

OKTK BDT reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• If an account is registered using false or misleading information.
• If bonus system abuse or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If money laundering or any other illegal activity is suspected.
• A player requests Self-Exclusion.

Upon account closure, any valid balance remaining (if applicable and free of fraud) will be refunded.

10. Legal Provisions & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by an internationally licensed gaming authority. We prioritize resolving any disputes through direct negotiation wherever possible.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct discussion, neutral third-party mediation is available.
